Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before the order is shipped, weekends and holidays are not included. Any orders placed after 5pm M-F, weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. We understand how important your order is and we want you to receive your items in a timely manner. So when placing your order, please be sure to correctly enter your full address including apt # (if applicable) to avoid any delays or mishaps. If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, multiple delivery attempts, etc, customers are responsible for the reshipment fee.


We apologize in advance, but there are no order cancellations nor can an order be modified so be sure you would like to order beforehand, as we begin fulfilling your order as soon as it is placed. The only change we will allow is a change of delivery address within reason. In this case, contact us via email within 24 hours of purchasing so we can honor this request, if not we will move forward with the address listed. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email (check spam folder as well) so you can track the progress of your order. After your order leaves the facility, it is out of our hands, USPS is now responsible for delivery. Please note we are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages in transit so thoroughly inspect your order upon reception. We will try our best to assist you in locating your package but if you believe it has been lost/stolen please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim and for further assistance.


At this time, we do not offer international shipping, only U.S domestic shipping which includes standard shipping (3-4 business days). We also offer express shipping, with an expected arrival of 1-2 business days and ships the same day if the order is placed by 2PM EST; express orders placed after 2PM will ship the next business day. Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Please be advised shipments may be delayed due to covid-19. This is something beyond our control but we will still process and ship your order in the indicated time frame listed above.
